The show kicks off on Friday 8 October with a double dose of BMX: the men’s qualifiers in the morning and the first MUS final, the women’s BMX final, which will take place in Central Park in the afternoon. On the same Friday, but in the Street Plaza, we will also be able to enjoy the attractive Young Blood Battle, one of the most talked-about shows of the Festival.

On Saturday 9 October, three semi-finals and three finals await. The men’s Scooter, BMX and Skateboarding semi-finals, all of them male. As for the finals, the Spanish Scooter Cup and the men’s and women’s Skateboarding finals will be held on Saturday. In addition, the Junior Skateboarding final will also take place on the same day.

On Sunday 10 October, the MUS will come to an end with a spectacular day, with up to 10 finals and lots of action. In BMX: international men’s final and the Spanish Championship. A day of madness to close a Madrid Urban Sports that wants to position itself as one of the sport and urban culture events of reference in its first on-site edition.

Format open to the public

The sporting show of Madrid Urban Sports will be complemented by the best of music and urban art to delight fans, as for the first time the event lands in Madrid Rio in a format open to the general public.

In this way, all those who are passionate about urban sport’ s world, and even those who are curious, will be able to walk around, see and enjoy a space full of possibilities.

First in-person edition

This edition of Madrid Urban Sports will be the first in-person event in its history, after being held virtually last year due to covid-19 restrictions. The debut of the event in the streets of Madrid will be very special, as it will turn the city into the epicentre of sport and urban culture just before Madrid becomes the World Capital of Sport in 2022.
