Madrid Urban Sports has a spectacular line-up for the fourth edition of the competition. During this weekend, from 16 to 18 June, a frenetic rhythm of sport and urban culture will be presented.

The Scootering World Championships kicked off yesterday with the biggest competition in the discipline. Josephine Zgorski and Jack Walsh swept through the semi-finals of the Women’s and Junior Street World Championships.

The Parks will be flooded throughout the day with the best male park and street riders and the best park riders to experience the first scootering qualifiers to prove that scootering deserves to be Olympic.

First contact

Riders such as Daniel Dhers, Queensaray Villegas and Mia Catalano have already tested the central park to face the first BMX qualifiers on Friday afternoon. Dhers, Olympic silver medallist at Tokyo 2020, is not only looking for gold in the MUS, but is also debuting his role as instructor of the Chinese women’s BMX team, with which he hopes to cause many surprises in Madrid and also in Paris 2024.

After the starting gun, Friday will be packed with qualifying competitions in Scootering and BMX.

The last to arrive at Madrid Rio: Bboys and Bgirls from all over the world and Skaters such as Danny Leon, Ivan Monteiro, Roos Zwesloot and Virginia Fortes will enter the MUS during the afternoon to test out their playgrounds.
