Madrid’s local scene is shaking for what’s to come! Urban World Series together with Urban Roosters have created this new event to support the local artists in its progression within the Freestyle Battles. 

An essential opportunity for all those freestylers who want to make themselves known and succeed doing what they love the most, improvising.

An online preliminary phase… What does it consist of?

Urban Roosters opens registrations from September 16th to September 28th.

The first step to be part of the group of 16 participants will be to access the URBAN ROOSTERS website and create an account, here we leave you the direct access. Once inside, and with the account created, you have to do some scrolling and click on the poster of the event.

Applicants must upload a video demonstrating their lyrical and creative skills… In short, showing that they deserve to be present improvising in the best possible way. Of all the participants in the preliminary phase, only 16 will enter the final phase, in person at the event.

Once on stage, we will live some filters that will leave the list in 8 distributed in a final table that will take us, after some quarters, semis and final to the Special Battle.

The 2 finalists will face each other in a YB vs FMS quadrangular.

The FMS will be represented by Elekipo and Babi

A 100% local event where we will enjoy the presence of 2 special guest artists, Elekipo and Babi, referents of improvisation and members of the FMS.

With beginnings in 2009, he soon stood out for his great wit and punchline. This rapper and freestyler ascended to FMS Spain in 2020. He is a veteran with gallons.

YOUNG BLOOD was born to be the protagonist in Madrid Urban Sports, occupying the Skate Plaza, a space where urban music will be the big star during the afternoon of Friday and place of great competitions on Saturday and Sunday.
